A passionate team of property professionals. Our team is packed full of property experts, building surveyors, customer service specialists and property management consultants.
First and foremost, we’re a family business. Our team is very much like our family, and we simply wouldn’t be able to provide the service that we do for our clients without them.
We are a small, approachable team and we treat our clients like people. Most-importantly, every one of our clients will have a dedicated point of contact that specialises in the service that’s required. It’s for this reason, why our team has a variety of specialisms and skill sets to ensure we can always respond to the needs of our clients with the best possible solution.
Mark Bradbury BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Mark has specialist experience in Architectural Design and Project Management and in particular has a vast amount of experience working within the Education Sector. Mark started his career at Atkins and is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Zabrina Bradbury BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Zabrina started her Property Management career at DTZ working for the CPS and Health & Safety Executive. She is now Property Director at Bradbury Consulting and manages our residential portfolios. Zabrina is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mike Briggs BSc (Hons) MRICS
Associate Director
Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a qualified Member of the RICS. He joined Bradbury Consulting in 2014 after completing his BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree at Liverpool John Moores University and is now acting as Associate Director for the firm, overseeing the Projects team.

Liam Kelly BSc (Hons)
Senior Building Surveyor
Liam is a Senior Building Surveyor who joined the team in 2015 after completing his BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree at The University of Salford. Liam previously worked as a surveyor for a consultancy specialising in telecommunications and IT. His role with Bradbury Consulting involves a broad range of works including Architectural Design for our Residential, Commercial and Educational clients, Project Management and Maintenance & Condition Surveys. Liam is currently progressing through to Chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Lisa Jeffries BSc (Hons), ACMA, CGMA
Financial Controller
A CIMA qualified management accountant with over 20 years commercial experience our Financial Controller Lisa has worked across a number of business sectors both here and abroad. Employed across all aspects of Bradbury’s operations Lisa is your first stop for financial queries covering all elements of finance from invoicing to management reporting.
Helen Morris
Office Manager
Helen joined the business as Head of Property Management and Office Manager.She is responsible for the day to day running of Property Management, ensuring that all our client’s Property Management needs are met by the team, including the statutory requirements and reactive maintenance works. Her role also involves general office management, business accounting and HR.
Ross Haskayne BSc (Hons)
Building Surveyor
Ross is a graduate surveyor, who joined the team at the beginning of 2024. He comes from a background in civil engineering after graduating from the University of Salford in 2023 with first class honours in Building Surveying. He has aspirations of becoming a RICS chartered surveyor and becoming an expert in his field.

Joe Carroll BSc (Hons)
Building Surveyor
Joe first joined Bradbury Consulting as a work experience student in 2015 and joined the company as a full time surveyor in 2022 after completing his Building Surveying degree at University of Central Lancashire. Joe recently enrolled on the RICS APC process and is hoping to become chartered in 2026.
Mark Pickles
Project Surveyor
Mark joined the team at the beginning of 2024. He has a background in Civil Engineering and worked for 10 years as a CAD technician in various departments. He also has 10 years of experience producing architectural visuals in 3d.
Max Compton BSc (Hons)
Graduate Surveyor
Max joined Bradbury Consulting in 2025 as a graduate surveyor, following the completion of his Real Estate degree at Nottingham Trent University. His academic background provided a strong foundation in building pathology, condition surveying and project management, which he is now enhancing through hands-on experience. Max has recently embarked on the RICS APC pathway and is working toward Chartered status in 2028
Georgia Spencer
Property Manager
Georgia supports her portfolio of property management clients by managing day-to-day operations and reactive maintenance. She also organises statutory testing, is always happy to help with advice, and is fully trained on our bespoke Property Management Software.
Stephanie O'Meara
Property Manager
Stephanie coordinates the day to day operations and reactive maintenance for her own portfolio of property management clients. She also coordinates their statutory testing, is on hand to provide help & advice and is competently trained on our bespoke Property Management Software.
Joanne Genders
Property Manager
Joanne manages a portfolio of school properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance. She works closely with her clients to ensure their buildings remain safe, compliant, and well maintained, coordinating all required testing and maintenance. Joanne is a trusted point of contact for advice and support and is highly proficient in our bespoke Property Management Software
